Marcel Equipment completed the following inspections;
Upon arrival, machine was fully stripped for power washing
Full visual & operational inspections were completed
Engine, torque, transmission & hydraulic pressures were taken to ensure within OEM spec
Performance checks were completed
Oils were checked for contaminates
Magnets & suction screens were checked for contaminates
All filters were cut open & inspected for contaminates
Machine was serviced as required
Verified 6 wheel drive operation
Checked all switches in cab for proper operation
Verified all lights worked
Marcel Equipment then completed the following repairs;
Removed transmission, disassembled, inspected & RESEALED
Disassembled, inspected & RESEALED torque convertor
Installed NEW rear crankshaft seal
Installed NEW rear axle stabilizer bar bushings
Installed NEW hoses in articulation area
Installed NEW ARD head spark plug
Installed NEW hydraulic site glass
REBUILT center hitch with new pins & bearings
Adjusted oscillation hitch
Installed NEW center A-frame pin & bearing
Installed NEW rear A-frame pin & bearing
Installed NEW rubber suspension pads
RESEALED steering cylinders
Installed NEW pins & bearings on steering cylinder rod ends
RESEALED differential locker assembly
REBUILT seat suspension assembly
Charged accumulators to spec
RESEALED rear output yoke assembly & adjusted
RESEALED interaxle valve assembly
RESEALED starter
Serviced DEF tank
RESEALED front left wheel end
Installed NEW brake pads on front left
RESEALED front left suspension cylinder
Set ride height on front suspension cylinders
Installed NEW lower pin & bearing on front left suspension cylinder
Installed NEW rear box pin & bushings
Installed NEW bed assembly
Tested & serviced batteries & connections
Replaced misc hoses as required
Completed all required cab repairs
Repaired minor coolant leaks
Completed all required cosmetic repairs
Machine is now ready to go to work.
