All Terrain Drill Rods for Ditch Witch AT60 We offer new All Terrain HDD drill rods compatible with Ditch Witch AT60 drilling rigs. All Terrain drill rods are designed for the most demanding HDD rock drilling applications, including solid rock, cobbles, compact soils and difficult geological conditions. The dual rod system allows independent power transmission: the inner drive shaft transfers torque directly to the drilling tool, while the outer rod supports steering, stabilization and directional control. These rods are suitable for professional All Terrain / Rock Drilling systems used in pilot drilling and demanding trenchless construction projects. The rods are manufactured from certified heat-treated alloy steel, grade S135. This steel grade provides high fatigue resistance, tensile strength and torsion resistance, which are essential when working under high torque and heavy-duty drilling cycles. The drill rods are manufactured using hot-forging technology. This monolithic construction provides high durability, supports stable performance and reduces the risk of failure in the tool joint area. All threaded connections are protected with copper grease to reduce the risk of thread seizure and support proper make-up during use. For transport, the threads are secured with plastic protectors to prevent mechanical damage and contamination.
