Year 2017 with 3,862 hours showing on the clock. 2 deck 3 way split scalping screen, Fitted with Cummins Engine. 12ft x 5ft ( 3.65m x 1.52m) Twin Deck scalping screen box, Producing 3 x screened materials. 3 way split Screener. Mesh installed on top Deck and Mesh on bottom deck currently, we can obtain or install new mesh at additional cost. This screener comes with Belt Feeder and large hopper, Extra hydraulic folding hopper extensions installed to Hooper. All belts chevron in good condition and all fully hydraulic folding, Catwalks all around screenbox for ease of serving etc. This screen only ever worked on woodchip so its in very good condition, Previous customer looked after and maintained this screener which is clear to see. Screen ready to work all running as it should and tracking good. Aggressive scalping screen with belt feeder. Maximus 512S, This screen is in excellent condition and has done very little work from new. Same size as Powerscreen warrior 1400 etc.

Maximus 512S
Maximus 512S Screener can be used in applications such as scalping or screening quarry rock, mining minerals, recycling construction, heavy rock face, demolition waste, Topsoil, soil or compost. The Maximus 512 has been developed for the smaller end user who require its versatility and ease of transport, without compromising on build quality and reliability. Designed to cope with the heaviest applications, the Maximus 512 can be used in crushing circuits, demolition and construction waste management, aggregates, heavy rock and topsoil applications, as well as many others.
The Maximus 512 features a highly aggressive, heavy duty 2 bearing 3.680 m x 1.420 m (12’-1″ x 4’-8″) screen box, integrated hydraulically operated folding side conveyors, heavy duty feed hopper and a CAT or Cummins Engine. The screen box rises at lower end for bottom deck access and the discharge end has virtually parallel sides leading to no blockages. Fully hydraulic folding and compact for transporting. Machine as new and excellent value, cheap shipping rates available for all major ports worldwide. Same as Powerscreen Warrior 1400, soil screener.
