SWIMER Blue Force One® are containers for storage and dispensing an aqueous urea solution. Containers are made of multilayer laminate based on poliester resins, with insulation or not, and equipped with built-in or external legalised MID dispensers which allow retail AdBlue® sell. Available also as storage containers with availability to connect external selfstanding dyspenser. The tanks we designed are dimensionally optimized for distribution islands at petrol stations. SWIMER Blue Force One® container 5000 liters made of laminate with insulation (insulated version) with built-in or external legalised MID dispensers which allow retail AdBlue® sell. External tank is monolit (no connection) - Double-walled (bunded) construction. SWIMER Blue Force One® EQUIPMENT: BASIC EQUIPMENT: • ADAST COUNTER • PISTON FLOW METER • LIPREMOS® - liquid precission measurement system (option: GPRS) • submersible pump • filling line with TODO coupling • thermal insulation (only in containers with insulation) • exhaust fan • thermostat operating exhaust fan • service space heating – blow-in • thermostat operating heater • heating nozzle space • ZVA automatic nozzle for trucks • 6m dispensing hose • automatic hose reel • AdBlue® filter • leakage sensor/alarm • maximum level sensor/alarm • LED light in dyspenser cabinet • emergency switch • inspection hatch • vents SECOND NOZZLE AVAILABLE TO ASSAMBLE TO ANY TYPE OF THE CONTAINER. 1) 1st Option – ADDITIONAL NOZZLE with hose assambled on a hose reel: In this case there is assamble only one flow meter, one display and two nozzles, what means, that at the same time only one Customer can refuel the machine 2) 2nd Option – ADDITIONAL NOZZLE with hose assambled on a hose reel: + additional flow meter + additional display In this case is available to refuel two machines at the same time on both cintainers sides.
